St. Johns, FL is a county located in the northeastern part of the U.S. state of Florida. As of the 2010 United States Census, the county’s population was 190,039, with a 2018 estimate of 254,261. The county seat and largest incorporated city is St. Augustine. St. Johns County is part of the Jacksonville metropolitan area. The county was established in 1821. It is one of the two original counties established after Florida was ceded to the United States, at the start of the Florida Territorial period, and corresponded roughly with the former colonial province of East Florida. | I am a Realtor in Boca Raton, Florida and was looking for a professional and enthusiastic Realtor for my friends who were moving to St. Augustine. I was lucky to find Sam and Tanya. | If it is true that when you find something you really love to do it is not work …. Well maybe so but I have never met two Partners work any harder towards what they love…REAL ESTATE….My real estate situation was very far from typical of most . They found me I don’t know how but they are so connected to what’s going on in the real estate market they leave their competitors Still looking up ZIP Codes…..They invest a lot of Their own Time and resources which allows them to share with you what is actually going down in the real estate market in real time. This may bother a few people because they may not want to hear the reality of the property wether selling or buying but Tanya and Sam have A proven method backed by experience and research data that gets everyone to the desired goal… Without drama and nonsense…..So if you’re really serious about buying or selling a house I recommend no others ,Like I mentioned my house was a very unique situation we were looking for a buyer that was categorized as 1% of the 1% that would be the buyer of my property ,well guess what ?
