According to the National Association of Realtors, ONLY 6% of Homes sell from an Open House. Open Houses are “really” for Agents to find new prospective buyers. Don’t Be Fooled!
#6Does the REX fee cover escrow and title as well?
No. The REX fee covers the sale of your home. However, there will always be other costs incurred such as escrow, title, inspections, etc. These costs are outside seller agent fees whether you work with REX or any other broker.
